Faye Dietrich
An unexpected injury brought an end to Faye’s career as a flight
attendant with Air Canada, but did not end her journeys to Canada’s
wild landscapes. A move from Vancouver to the Haida Gwaii gave her a
wonderful opportunity to begin painting full time while immersed in the
beauty of the north. Faye continued developing her portfolio while
living at Prince Rupert and exploring the Skeena River. After
relocating to eastern Ontario Faye returned to the north, settling in
the Yukon where she now captures northern landscapes in her studio. A
self-taught artist, Faye is inspired by the natural beauty of the
Canadian wilderness.
